Electric and air attaching units are the most cost-effective way to increase tagging productivity or to efficiently tag bulky or hard garments and Texpak has been the leader in this field for over 20 years. We offers a range of equipment from simple devices, which take the tool out of the operator's hand to semi-automated systems such as the MAT® MACHINE which automatically feeds and attaches up to three different tags to garments. Power Mounts -

These inexpensive units can be provided to each operator. They are activated by either a palm switch or foot pedal, which reduces fatigue. By taking the tool out of the operators hand productivity significantly increase since both hands are free to work with the product and tag.

Table Mounted Air Units -

These units are designed for high output where tagging is centralized and equipment reliability is paramount. These units function similarly to the power mounts but offer additional flexibility such as extra long needles for very bulky packages.

Hand Held Air Units -

 The Mark III™ Electric Tool is lightweight, ergonomic in design and requires only the slightest touch to activate the fastening mechanism. It can reduce operator fatigue and significantly increase production.

Compression Air Units -

These units clamp the product and then shoot a fastener through the entire package. Ideal for hard or bulky garments and special industrial applications such as flower pots.
